Federal regulations require institutions of higher education to publish contact information for use by students and other parties in filing concerns or complaints.

As one of three Regional Higher Education Centers in Maryland, USMH works with partner institutions to offer their academic programs at our center. The student's home university handles complaint resolutions.  Complaints involving a USMH employee are handled by Frostburg State University (the center's Coordinating Institution).
