Salisbury University Social Work Association is collecting birthday kits in honor of Jane Addams' birthday by donating "birthday cake kits" to It's A Blessing to Be a Blessing (a local non-profit) for distribution to those in need. Association members hope to collect 74 kits in honor of Jane's 74th birthday.
Birthday Cake Kit includes:
- Boxed Cake Mix
- Tub of Icing
- Box of Candles
- Vegetable Oil
- Disposable Baking Pan
Birthday cake kits may be dropped off at USMH during normal operating hours (Monday-Thursday 8 am to 9 pm and Friday 8 am to 5 pm) from September 1st through September 29th.
